Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor Instructions I was this close to returning to Lowe’s before coming on this site to learn that the brown wire is not needed. After eliminating that wire, it worked like a champ. I also learned that their is no manual On/Off, only manual On. My wife is going to have fits with that limitation. May be going back anyway.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor instructions This faux "switch" comes with RED/BLACK/YELLOW wires. The instructions do no not clearly state what the yellow wire is for. Found out that you can not use it to turn off the light/fan. You need to wait until it runs its cycle of 1/5/10 mins etc. Bought at Lowes - Will be returning it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lousy instructions... The instructions do not properly address what to do with the existing wires. For example, when wiring to a second Sensor switch in a 3-way circuit, nothing is mentioned about the second black runner wire. The first runner is connected to the yellow wire on the switch which is then connected to the yellow wire on the second switch. The red switch wire is not connect and capped. The Line wire is connected to the black wire on the switch but what do you do with the second runner wire? Cannot get the switches to work as shown.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great after a little learning curve. Some of the reviews are complaining about the instruction but really the switch operates well. The wiring was simple after turning off the breaker, and my garage lights stay on for 5 minutes at a time. I replaced an annoying lutron motion sensor switch with this Legrand and it works much better. Thanks.

Device has stopped working.  How do I troubleshoot?

You should check all of Your wiring connections to make sure they are tight. Also check Your ground connection and make sure it is a good ground. If You need additional support feel free to contact tech support at 1800 223 4185 option1

"The LED light is on when the switch is off."  The little program light is on? Or, is there a bigger "nightlight" from the sensor above the button switch? The pics looks like a nightlight but I can't make it turn on like that if that's the case.

Thank you for your question regarding Radiant 120V Single Pole/3-Way Occupancy Sensor, Tri-Color (RRW600UTC). This sensor is illuminated by a small White LED that glows when OFF for easy location in the dark. We do not have a sensor/nightlight available at this time. Radiant products 1.800.223-4162 opt 3 Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm EST (excluding holidays)

My newly installed occupancy switch cannot be programmed, the delay remains at 5min?

Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds then the small LED at the top should pulse rapidly. If You keep holding the switch and nothing happens You should check Your ground connection. If it is grounded good and still does not respond to pressing the button Contact tech support at 1800 223-4185 Option 1

Why did the designers of this model remove two of the most valuable features, the ability to turn the load off in any setting, and the ability to fine tune the delay to two minutes? Is there a model that still has these capabilities?
