Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only works with legacy incandescent bulbs I see you have yet to figure out how to make the lighted dot work with new style lights/bulbs. Sad, given that there is 120 volts connected to it. Paid 5x the price- your BOX doesn’t clearly disclose this if at all. DO NOT BUY unless you’re still running Thomas Edison’s bulb from 100 years ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very classy This switch has a very classy, subtle light. Years ago, I bought the older version of this switch and after installing I immediately uninstalled because it made my hallway look like an airport runway. The light on this switch is subtle and you don’t really notice it in the day, but at night when it’s dark (and the only time you would need the light) I can easily see it from 8-10 feet away without my contacts in.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Illumination is a pin hole light above the rocker Bought this to replace a illuminated rocker switch by another company, theirs lit up the top half of the rocker switch. This legrand model has a light coming from a pin hole above the rocker switch. Nothing is lights up on this switch. That is no illumination at all. Returned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great switch Very nice switch. The light is absolutely perfect. not too bright and not too dim.Not sure whey these other clowns complain so much about them. The light is absolutely visible. If you can't see it then you may need glass, contacts or a darn flashlight! Easy to install, works great and looks great. I get nothing but compliments on these switches. I'm converting my entire house. Oh look... I'm about to go install one right now. HIGHLY recommended

I have installed a Legrand 15/20-amp Single Pole 3-way Rocker Indoor Light Switch with a pilot Light. Pilot light working well with an LED bulb. Notice days ago that the pilot light is not lit when in off position. Changed to incandescent and nothing.

Asked by: Willie59
Good Morning, The switch is working correctly. A pilot light on is only on when the light it is controlling is on. If you want the light on when the room light is of, you will want to look for a "Lighted" or "Illuminated" switch. Hope this helps!

Hello, I’ve noticed that when I turn the light switch off sometimes the light will not illuminate. Sometimes it will be bright and sometimes it will be very very dim. What could be causing this?

Asked by: Scott
Thank you for your question regarding the Radiant switch(model # TM870WSL). This switch is designed to be used with Incandescent bulbs only so if you have it controlling any type of CFL/LED lights, it will effect the "illuminated when off" feature.
