Onboarding begins in West Hartford, CT for a one-week overview of LNCA businesses, products and customers, with presentations by senior leadership.
Each 18-month rotation will be spent in the associate’s specific discipline. Additionally, within each rotation, participants will spend focused time in Test Engineering, New Product Development, and Project Management, building a well-rounded perspective of the engineering lifecycle.
A variety of training courses to grow technical and professional skills will be provided throughout the 3 years. In addition, associates are assigned mentors to support and encourage their individual development and growth.
Upon successful completion of the program, the associate will be offered a permanent role in their Engineering discipline at any Legrand location.
Through ongoing development and mentoring initiatives, LNCA leadership continues supporting program alumni to learn, grow and be successful.
