Sales and Marketing
Early in Career Development Program at LegrandThe Sales and Marketing Program is designed to prepare you for future employment with Legrand North and Central America (LNCA), — it's that simple. Over the course of two and a half years, assignments provide associates with both ongoing training and hands-on work experience, to develop confidence and competencies while making valuable contributions to the company.
Onboarding begins in West Hartford, CT for a one-week overview of LNCA businesses, products and customers, with presentations by senior leadership.
Year One: Marketing
One full year Marketing in one of our Legrand Locations. You will be learning the functional areas within Marketing: Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Marketing Analytics, Distribution Marketing and Specification Marketing.
Year Two: Sales
Spend 18 months in a second Legrand Location, learning the functional areas within Sales.
Onsite and offsite training provides associates with additional learning opportunities throughout their two-year program to enhance skills and build on success.
Transitioning into a career at LNCA begins with a final assignment decision based on criteria specific to each associate, including skills, aspirations and geographic preferences.
Through ongoing development and mentoring initiatives, LNCA leadership continues supporting program alumni to learn, grow and be successful.
