Our Priorities
Working for Internal and External Stakeholders
Being a responsible business means working for both internal and external stakeholders, adopting exemplary behavior, and carrying out activities with the utmost respect for business ethics.
For Legrand, this involves promoting a work culture that respects and values every employee.
Priorities in Action
Employees receive training on avoiding potentially compromising situations related to competition law, corruption and fraud.
Legrand has pledged to reduce workplace injuries by 20%. To achieve this, all employees actively participate in identifying potential hazards and near misses.
Better Communities Program
Though not formally a part of Legrand’s current CSR Roadmap, our Better Communities program is an integral part of our commitment to being a Responsible Company.
Founded in 2014, Legrand’s Better Communities program improves lives through volunteerism and philanthropy. Our volunteers support local non-profits in three focal areas.
Impact On Our Communities
Each year, full-time employees receive 16 hours of paid time off to volunteer in Legrand-sponsored Better Communities events.
