- Multiple Insert Configurations: Choose from metal, plastic bottom-only, plastic bottom-with-sides and perforated inserts to meet different cable protection, containment and securing requirements.
- Smooth Cable Pathway: Plastic inserts use 17-mil-thick polypropylene to create a continuous surface that helps protect sensitive cables from pressure points along the tray wires.
- Long-Run Coverage Options: Plastic inserts are supplied in cut-to-length 200-foot rolls, while metal inserts include two 5-foot sections that cover one standard 10-foot tray run.
- Flexible Tray Compatibility: Bottom-only plastic inserts fit tray widths from 150 to 600 mm, while bottom-with-sides configurations accommodate CF54, CF105 and CF150 Series trays from 100 to 600 mm wide.
- Specialized Performance Features: Plastic options are UV-retardant, RoHS compliant and rated UL 94 V-0, while perforated inserts include tie-down openings and a tear-away strip that adjusts the width from 24 to 18 inches.
