These plastic inserts create smooth cable pathways, protecting cables and improving routing within wire mesh trays. Available in bottom only and bottom with sides, each 200' polypropylene roll can be easily cut to length to fit any installation.

- 17-Mil Polypropylene Construction: Creates a smooth, lightweight surface that helps protect sensitive cables from pressure points along the wire mesh tray.
- 200-Foot Cut-to-Length Rolls: Long continuous rolls can be trimmed onsite to cover straight runs and custom pathway lengths with fewer seams.
- Bottom-Only and Sidewall Options: Bottom-only inserts fit tray widths from 150 to 600 mm, while inserts with sides accommodate CF54, CF105 and CF150 Series trays from 100 to 600 mm wide.
- Perforated Forming Lines: Inserts with sides feature perforations that make it easier to fold the material and form protective sidewalls around the cable pathway.
- Rated for Demanding Environments: UL 94 V-0 flame classification, RoHS compliance, low moisture absorption and a UL 746C F1 outdoor UV rating support indoor and outdoor applications.
