I recently moved in a house had only the au1002 I was told to get the au7002 to I hear music however it is really low what can I do
Are you using the Legrand slider bar in the bottom of the app along with the wall mounted keypad to control the volume? Or are using just the fixed mode setting? You have the option of either or as a setting in the app.

My system has worked for years and all of sudden it stopped. I looked at the AU700, unplugged & reconnected. It shows connection with LAN and the light next to bind goes green for a few seconds then turns back to red.

Mine has worked great for years now but all of the sudden the light does not come on. I see that there is a USB connector on the back. Is there an update I need to install. Thanks
Hello, No LED at all means the unit is not receiving power. The unit is getting its power from the CAT5 that plugs into the port at the bottom right from the distribution module. Have you tried replacing that CAT5 to see if it powers the unit on? If it still does not, the unit will likely need to be replaced. When loading my personal music library it just gets stuck and never loads my music. At one point it worked but now nothing. The app still works and I can use password pandora and iheart with no issues.
